We’ve used a wide selection of fruits and berries for a full variety of flavours, but you can change up the fruit platter’s contents according to your personal favourites or whatever is in season. Whether you enjoy it as an appetiser, dessert or a healthy snack, you simply can’t go wrong with this gorgeous fruit salad and its refreshing mint syrup.
Fruit Salad:
Pineapple
Pawpaw
Watermelon
Sweet melon
Granadilla
Oranges
Strawberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Cherries
½ cup fresh mint for garnish
Minty Syrup:
60 ml lemon juice or white wine
250 ml water
150 ml sugar
½ cup mint leaves; roughly chopped
