1 cup (250 ml) steamed and mashed butternut (can also use pumpkin)
½ cup (125 ml) flour
½ tsp. (2.5 ml) cinnamon
1 tsp. (5 ml) baking powder
1 tbsp. (15 ml) milk
Coconut oil, for frying
