    This summer, try our easy recipe for an amazingly refreshing drink that’s sure to get your taste buds dancing – perfect for a warm day spent outdoors! Be sure to let your rosé sangria rest for at least two hrs to let the flavours infuse. Preparation: 10 min. Cooking: 2 hrs for flavour to infuse. Serves 8–10

  • Ingredients:

    2 x 750 ml bottles Fourth Street rosé  
    1/3 cup (80 ml) castor sugar
    2 oranges; thinly sliced

    2 Granny Smith apples; finely sliced into discs
    1 lemon; sliced

    Ice
    Mint to garnish

  • Method:

    1. Mix the wine and sugar in a jug, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Add the orange slices.
    2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
    3. Add the apple and lemon slices, plenty of ice and a few mint leaves before serving.
