DESCRIPTION:

Try out this Chilli Mayo Mini Burger recipe, with hints of garlic, topped with our spicy sauce – you’ll be coming back for seconds!

INGREDIENTS:

BURGER PATTIES

500 g beef mince

1 red onion, finely chopped

Handful fresh coriander, finely chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp. barbecue spice

1 tsp. cumin

Rolls

 

BURGER SAUCE

3 tbsp. mayonnaise

2 red chillis, finely chopped

Salt and pepper

METHOD:

  1. Combine the mince, onion, coriander, garlic, cumin, and barbecue spice in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mince mixture and form mini spheres and then compress them to form patties.
  3. Glaze a pan with cooking oil and fry the patties the way you like them. 
  4. Mix all other ingredients together.
  5. Assemble your burger and add garnish as desired.
