500ml cream
125ml condensed milk
8 Homegrown Lemon Flavoured Cookies
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, optional
Homegrown Caramelised Popcorn


  1. Crush the cookies and put them aside. 
  2. Pour the cream into a bowl and use an electric hand mixer to whisk the cream until it thickens. 
  3. Add the condensed milk and fold it into the mixture. 
  4. Next, carefully fold in the crushed cookies to create a delicious blend. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-friendly container and freeze it for two hours until it's completely frozen. 
  5. When serving, elevate the flavours by sprinkling some delectable Homegrown Caramelised Popcorn on top, and you can add freshly squeezed lemon juice for that extra zing!
